Isaiah 15

The Divine judgment of God against Moab is sure and complete. This passage is a picture of God's future judgment to all people who continue to ignore and reject His message of redemption through Christ. Indeed, we should be grateful forever for what He has done in our lives.

God bless you.

Isaiah 9

Israel and Judah were sinning against their God, and Assyria is ready to invade the northern kingdom of Israel. But God has promised that a Child will be born and a Son will be given who will reign forever, a sign of God's eternal love to His people. Praise the Lord for the saving works of Jesus, we have been saved.

God bless you .

Isaiah 7

When Ahaz and his people heard the threat of their enemies, their hearts were moved as the trees are moved with the wind (v2). But Isaiah taught them to despise their enemies, to exercise their faith and depend in the power of God. "It shall not stand, nor it shall come to pass" (v7). What about you, where is your faith in time of trouble?

God bless you.

Isaiah 6

God cleansed first the unclean lips of Isaiah before he was used in a ministry (v7), or else he can't be effective. In modern time, many Christians hear the sound of God's word, but don't feel the transforming power of the Word. Our prayer today is that God open our eyes and cleansed our lips for His glory.

God bless you all.

Isaiah 5

We are God's vineyard, planting His good seed (Word) in our hearts when we got born again. God expects good fruits. If we don't allow God's grace to work in our lives, we will only become religious, then corruption (old ways) will come out again from our nature. That's why if we are in Christ, we are brand new person.

God bless you.

Isaiah 4

The Branch (v4) means Netzer, where we get the name Nazareth. Jesus of Nazareth is the Branch of the Lord who will wash away the filth of anyone who believes in Him. This Branch is our hiding place in time of storm, like the birds nesting in its branches.

God bless you.

Isaiah 3

God will deprive His support to Judah and remove His blessings to Jerusalem because of rebellion. Children and babes (v4) who will rule them means obedient and innocent in sinning. Even today, God will only use people who are willing to act righteously in God's eye, not in his own eyes.

God bless you.

Isaiah 2

800 years before the birth of Jesus, Isaiah foretold the spread of the gospel to the entire world, "For our of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the law from Jerusalem. As we become part of this eternal plan, let not man be your fear, but let your hope be in the Lord. Let us make evangelism our great concern.

God bless you.

Isaiah 1

Isaiah means salvation of the Lord. Chapter 1 declares total depravity of human being. Judah was desolate yet people were religious. It shows that sin is very hateful to God, and prayers are abomination. But God is inviting people for reconciliation. The only solution to sin is forgiveness and humility not religion. "Come and let us reason together..."

God bless you.

Song of Solomon 8

In this closing chapter, the spouse of Solomon (bride of Christ), continues her plead (v1-2) for a more intimate communion with the Beloved, and asked the daugthers of Jerusalem not to interrupt her communion with him (v3). The last verse (v14) concludes as she (bride) begs of Him to hasten His return to her. Jesus is returning soon, so let His bride be ready on that Special Day.

God bless you.

Song of Solomon 6

The garden is representation of the church of Jesus. Enclosed and separated from the world. The Lord takes care of it, protects it, and nurtures it. He also visits it in order to cultivate, and in due time to look for fruits. Are you part of this garden?
God bless you.

Song of Solomon 5

This chapter is Christ's pre-figure acceptance of the invitation made by His bride, the church; "I have come to my garden" (v1). Jesus is always ready to come into the lives of men to cleanse, save and live with them in eternity. Praise God we have come into this mystical knowledge.

God bless you.

Song of Solomon 4

In each comparison; such as eyes with dove's, hair with goat's, teeth, lips, mouth, breast, etc. has spiritual meaning. They are God's grace to His people, and were invited to "come out from Lebanon" (v8), symbolizing the worldly ways, to become Christ's lover. The reward is great because they will eat the fruits of God's Garden (v16), in heaven.
God bless you.

Song of Solomon 3

"Who is coming of out of the wilderness like pillars of smoke, perfumed with myrrh and frankincense, with all the merchant's fragrant powder?" (v6) The wilderness is a symbol of the world, and the believers should come out of it when they are delivered from the love of its sinful pleasure and desires.

God bless you.

Song of Solomon 2

"The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes, leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills" (v8). Our beloved is Jesus and He spoke through the word of God by the Holy Spirit. Believers are clean and beautiful, clothed with the garment of righteousness of Christ.

God bless you.

Song of Solomon 1

Song of Solomon is a wedding song, composed by the king himself. It has spiritual meaning for Christ's relationship with the Christians; Jesus is the groom while believer is the wife. The love of Jesus is more valuable than the best thing this world can offer. So let's continue to desire Him in our lives.
God bless you all.

Ecclesiastes 12

"Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, before the difficult days come, and the years draw near when you say, 'I have no pleasure in them" (v1). The word remember/remembered are mentioned in the Bible 222 times. So always remember our Creator, His name is Jesus.

God bless you.

Ecclesiastes 11

"If a tree falls to the south or the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it shall lie" (v3b). The tree can't stand by itself and fall again at the other side. When soul falls to hell, that's his final destiny, no one save to bring him up to heaven. So, hold on to the Savior while still on earth

God bless you.
